5. Mandatory Unpackaging Video Requirement

To ensure product authenticity, safety, and claim validation:

5.1 Customer Must Record Unpackaging Video

Customers must record a clear video of the package being opened from start to finish at the time of delivery.

This is required to verify:

  • Product authenticity

  • Product condition

  • Packaging integrity

  • Damage or missing items

5.2 Requirement for Claims, Issues, or Complaints

If you raise any issue—such as:

  • Product damage

  • Defect

  • Missing items

  • Wrong product received

You must provide the unpackaging video as evidence.
Claims without unpackaging video may not be processed.

6. Returns & Refunds Policy

6.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must be returned in unused, original condition, and with original packaging, tags, and bill/invoice.

  • Return requests may require the unpackaging video.

6.2 Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If you wish to return the product, you must ship it back to our provided address at your own cost.

  • We do not arrange return pickups unless explicitly mentioned for specific cases.

  • The customer is responsible for safely packing and shipping the product back to us.

6.3 Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved by our quality team.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

6.4 Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation for a 100% full refund.

  • If cancellation is requested after 24 hours, only 50% of the order value will be refunded.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective upon arrival (with unpackaging video proof):

  • Engraved items

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be offered based on return eligibility.
