4. Customer Unpackaging & Product Verification Videos

As part of our product safety and verification process:

  • We require that customers take a short video of the product being unpackaged upon delivery. This video helps verify that the product arrived in proper condition, is authentic, and that packaging was not tampered with.

  • If you raise any issue about a purchased product (for example, damage, defect, missing parts, authenticity concern), we will request the unpackaging video as part of our investigation and resolution process.

  • If the unpackaging video is not provided when requested in a dispute, we may not be able to proceed with certain claims (such as refund or replacement) to the extent allowed under our policies.

5. Returns, Refunds & Shipping Responsibility

  • If you wish to request a refund, you must return the product to the address we specify. The return shipping cost is your responsibility unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

  • The returned product must be in its original condition (unless we determine otherwise in a particular case) and accompanied by any required documentation (including video evidence, original packaging, tags, etc.).

  • We reserve the right to inspect the returned item before processing the refund.

6. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of our order confirmation. If you cancel within that period, you will receive a 100% refund (subject to standard payment-processing times).

  • If you attempt to cancel after the first 24 hours following order confirmation, we reserve the right to provide only a 50% refund, unless otherwise agreed.

  • This cancellation policy is in addition to, and does not limit, other rights you may have under applicable law or our full terms and conditions.

7. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose your information:

  • To our employees, service providers and third-party partners who perform services on our behalf (e.g., shipping companies, payment processors, customer service).

  • When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to respond to a government request.
