1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused and in original condition.

  • All tags, seals, certificates, bills, and original packaging are included.

  • You have a valid reason for return (subject to approval).

  • A mandatory unpackaging video is provided if you are reporting any issue or defect.


2. Mandatory Unpackaging Video Requirement

To ensure transparency, product safety, and claim validation:

✔ You MUST record a complete unpackaging video

Customers must film the entire unboxing process, clearly showing:

  • The unopened courier package

  • Opening the package

  • The jewellery/product inside

  • Any damage, defect, or discrepancy

✔ Required for complaints

If you report issues such as:

  • Broken, damaged, or missing items

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Defects

You must submit the unpackaging video as evidence.
Claims without an unpackaging video may not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If you choose to return the product, you must send it back at your own expense.

  • Customers are responsible for securely packing the item to avoid damage during transit.

  • We do not provide return pickups unless specifically stated.

  • Shipping fees paid during the original order are non-refundable.


4. Return Process

  2. Share:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Mandatory unpackaging video (if applicable)

  3. Once approved, ship the product to the return address provided by us.

  4. After we receive the product, it undergoes a quality inspection.

  5. If approved, your refund/exchange will be processed (see refund terms).


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to inspection results.

Full Refund (100%)
  • If order is cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Partial Refund (50%)
  • If order is cancelled after 24 hours of confirmation.

  • If the product fails certain return conditions but is still deemed returnable.

Refund Timeline
  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method.

  • Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (usually 5–10 business days).


6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

The following cannot be returned or refunded unless defective (with unpackaging video proof):

  • Customized jewelry

  • Engraved items

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

  • Gift cards or digital items


7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges depend on product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be offered.

  • Exchange shipping costs must be paid by the customer.


8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Report within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide the mandatory unpackaging video.

  • We will review and offer a replacement or refund based on eligibility.
