2. Mandatory Unpackaging Video Requirement
To ensure transparency, product safety, and claim validation:

Customers must film the entire unboxing process, clearly showing:

Opening the package

The jewellery/product inside

Any damage, defect, or discrepancy

If you report issues such as:

Broken, damaged, or missing items

Wrong product delivered

Defects
You must submit the unpackaging video as evidence.
Claims without an unpackaging video may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Responsibility

If you choose to return the product, you must send it back at your own expense.

Customers are responsible for securely packing the item to avoid damage during transit.

We do not provide return pickups unless specifically stated.

Shipping fees paid during the original order are non-refundable.
